It can help to talk about stuff!

Sometimes life can be problematic; it might be challenging, confusing, painful, overwhelming or distressing. Sometimes the past can creep up on us as an unwelcome reminder and sometimes the present seems chaotic or foggy and we just don’t know where to go or how to manage. Sometimes we lack direction and feel lost or stuck. Sometimes we feel positive and want to work at developing the best version of ourselves.

I offer a confidential space where you can bring whatever is on your mind and we can reflect on it together. By sharing your life experience with me, as someone who is non-judgemental and accepting, I can support you on your journey. I can listen!

Your first session is free. We need to see if we can work with each other, that you feel comfortable talking to me and whether or not you wish to proceed with counselling.

I work with adults, young people and children. (Very young children can tell their story through play and creative activities). I work face to face, but can also work via phone, Skype or FaceTime.

I work with:

  • Developing confidence

  • Addressing self-doubt

  • Overcoming obstacles

  • Feeling stuck

  • Fearfulness

  • Anxiety and depression

  • Bereavement

  • Loss

  • Self-development

  • Suicidal thoughts
